- Send recall alerts and warranty reminders (RecallTracker)

4. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

- Railway: Hosts our application and database securely.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
With your consent (the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited and device type. You can decline this on the banner or opt out at any time using Google's browser add-on. Declining does not affect any feature of the site.

8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Case data is retained to allow you to access your reports. You can request deletion at any time.
Uploaded documents. Receipts, statements, notices and other files you attach to a case are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to analyze your situation and are not used to train AI models. Uploaded files and case conversations are stored with your case so you can return to it. Cases started without an account that are never claimed are deleted after 90 days. We recommend blacking out account numbers and Social Security numbers before uploading.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
